January Goals

Rather than do these flowery New Year’s Resolutions I’m going to go with monthly goals.
31 days is all the commitment I’m making! Now hopefully some of these goals will stretch into additional months and become habits. (At least the good ones).

So here we go for January:

  1. Only one soda a day
  2. Exercise three times a week
  3. Participate in the 90 Day Jumpstart to a New You Online Class with Donna Partow

So we shall see where we are a month from now!
