APU Fitness Challenge Day 2

Yes, I was up at 5:15 and headed to the gym.

Today was primarily strength training with a 2 mile walk.  I really need to just do a mile and half on strength training days. I’ll try that on Thursday.

Also did a little over a mile and half with the dog tonight.  Total steps for today 16, 311 with a little time before I pass out…

Today I wanted to share a “Terrible Tuesday” Picture and ask… what’s wrong with this picture?!?!?  So WordPress is being STUPID tonight and won’t rotate the picture… so hopefully you can still pick up the “issue” with this scene!
